All equipment supplied and installed by SmartHome-Tech is covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, which applies to hardware defects and faults in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Should you experience any issues with equipment supplied by us, please contact SmartHome-Tech directly in the first instance. Where applicable, we will assist with troubleshooting, warranty claims, and liaising with the manufacturer on your behalf where required.
Please note that manufacturer warranties typically cover hardware faults only and do not extend to issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, third-party modifications, software changes, network alterations, or circumstances outside of the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
